Separation of Domestic Partnership and Order of Protection

Joanne Monagan was professional yet sensitive to the delicate matters of my 10-year relationship with my domestic partner. Unfortunately, the relationship became dangerous without actually becoming volatile however I was in fear of everything I loved. Many said this would not be enough grounds for an order of protection however Joanne's professionalism and knowledge of the law secured our Judge's position in granting the peace of instating the order. Joanne's forte is the ability to divide all assets and move on with life based on what was just and fair without the constant worry of emotional warfare.
